We can assist you with attaining and maintaining storm water no exposure exclusion (certification), as well as provide sampling and reporting management for General Stormwater Permits and Individual Stormwater Permits in North Carolina.

Operator in Responsible Charge (ORC) Services

We can ensure that permit requirements are met during a temporary transition between certified operators or provide a back-up operator in order for your Operator in Responsible Charge to take time off.

Field Laboratory

In 2017, Environmental Process Solutions PLLC became a certified Field Laboratory, in the State of North Carolina.  We provide analyses that have extremely short hold times.  These tests must be completed within 15 minutes of the time the sample is collected, therefore analyzing them in the field is preferred over attempting to rush back to a laboratory to perform the analyses.  We are certified to analyze and report pH, Dissolved Oxygen, Temperature, and low level Total Residual Chlorine in wastewater.

We are a commercial Field Laboratory and are not associated with any single wastewater plant.

Drinking Water

We hold certifications for the operation of small well-supplied drinking water systems. Currently we operate systems that supply neighborhood communities, as well as businesses, that operate on a drinking water well.  Commercial businesses that have well-supplied drinking water are required to have a certified operator if they provide drinking water to more than 25 people for at least 60 days/year.  These commercial systems may include schools, daycares, some churches, and other small businesses that may have customers on site.
